Better Feedback & Automated Reminders

When our team at Brandcave began looking for a tool to automate and scale our client proofing efforts, our search revealed a myriad of options. Most of them also came with little catches, like limited storage space or forcing our clients to also sign up for an account. We tried a few solutions and discovered that most virtual proof software use bait and switch tactics to gain users. So we built our own tool, and thousands of creative agencies now use it too.

Online Proofing

When your creatives get better feedback, your projects are approved sooner. Ashore gives your approvers a white-labeled platform (for paid users) to view proofs and make annotations. We support all major filetypes, including images, documents, HTML and video. Also, your approvers won't need an account with Ashore to review proofs.

Automated Tracking

Every proof you send in Ashore is given its own timeline. We capture everything on it: each time your approver opens the file, every new version sent, and every email sent to the client. We'll notify you and your team anytime comments have been made or a decision on a proof has been updated. You can even export a PDF of the timeline.

Whitelabeling

For us, it was important to build a platform that didn't get between you and your client. Your paid account can re-brand Ashore with your own logo. You can also utilize our integration with Postmark to send proofs from your own email account. For more personalization, you can add your own custom email signature to every email.

Reminders

If your approvers have forgotten to review a proof, Ashore will automatically remind them. You can change the frequency to daily, every other day, once a week, or never! We have found our automated reminders significantly increase approver status updates!

Workflow Automation

If a proof requires multiple approvers, you can use Ashore to automate the approval process. Workflows allow you to deploy proofs in an automated sequence of approvers or to multiple approvers at once. You can also edit the Workflow after a proof has been sent!

Tags

By default, Ashore provides several options for filtering your proofs by status or deadline. You can also categorize proofs into customizable Tags. Group your proofs by customer or project, and see the status of each proof in one, color-coded location.

Checklists and eSignature

Give your agency an extra layer of protection before sending a proof to print or taking a new project live. With Checklists, your approvers must acknowledge your requirements before submitting their approval on a proof.

Email Templates

Writing the same email to each approver is unnecessary. With our email templates feature, you can standardize and expedite the process for sending proofs to approvers. Drop-in a template, and we'll pre-fill your email subject, message and any users in your company to BCC. Proofs are approved faster and in less versions when feedback is improved.
