Images, PDFs & Documents

On Ashore, images, PDFs, and documents are some of the most common file types sent during the proofing process. Simply upload your files and select your proof options. PDFs are automatically rasterized to ensure all layers display correctly. Word documents (.docx) and text files (.txt) are rendered inline so reviewers can select text directly and leave comments on specific passages. Supported file types include: PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG, WebP, BMP, TIFF, SVG, JPEG, DOCX, and TXT.

Live Websites & HTML Screenshots

Ashore allows creatives to easily share live websites with their clients for review and approval. Simply embed the tracking code script onto the website you'd like to proof, and copy and paste the site URL into Ashore. For HTML files like email campaigns, easily upload HTML or rich text files. Approvers can toggle between different screen sizes from mobile to desktop (X-Small <576px to Extra Extra Large ≥1400px).

Videos & Audio Files

For videos, you're able to upload and share a video proof just like any other file. Approvers can append comments to a specific point on the page as well as a timestamp in the video. Video formats include MP4, Ogg, Webm, and MOV. For audio files like podcasts or music tracks, comments are tied to specific timestamps for clarity. Audio formats include Wav, Ogg, Mpeg, and Mp3.
